Economic growth rate

To effectively implement
the targets in 2011, Chairman Pham The Dung asked relevant departments,
branches and localities to promptly implement comprehensive solutions to
develop socio-economic, security political, social order
and safety. On agriculture, the
measure must be complicated weather conditions to produce a reasonable
direction to minimize damage from droughts, disease prevention
initiative for livestock, enhance management and protection forest. Drastic direction areas

For industry and
construction and services, must take the initiative to urge speeding up
construction projects, especially hydro-electric power. Centralized planning to
